Ideal for lash artists who need their supplies quickly. If you're running low on lash extensions or need to restock your salon, express shipping is the faster option.

Standard Shipping (15–20 Business Days)

A cost-effective shipping option for lash artists who prefer to plan ahead and stock up on their favorite products.

Please Note:

• Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local delivery services, and other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $100 USD or more!

• Orders of $100 USD or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

• Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

• If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose Express Shipping at checkout for an additional shipping fee.

• For orders below $100 USD, applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

We work hard to prepare and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

Normal Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Peak Seasons & Promotional Periods

During busy periods, including holidays, major sales events, and new product launches, order processing may require an additional 3–5 business days due to increased order volumes.

Important: Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Your estimated delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit time.
